Welcome to BuildCitations.ai, a product of YSH Digital Marketing. YSH Digital Marketing ("us", "we", or "our") operates https://buildcitations.ai (hereinafter referred to as "Service") as part of our digital marketing service offerings.

By using BuildCitations.ai you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of our Service and together with the Privacy Policy constitutes your agreement with us ("agreement"). Unless otherwise defined in this Terms of Service, the terms used herein have the same meanings as in our Privacy Policy.

BuildCitations.ai, operated by YSH Digital Marketing, provides an AI-powered platform for building and managing local SEO citations across 600+ business directories. Our service combines AI automation with human expertise to submit, verify, and monitor your business listings.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, YSH Digital Marketing grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service. This license enables you to create citation campaigns, submit business listings, and monitor your citation health through our platform.

4. Payments and Pricing

BuildCitations.ai offers one-time payment plans for citation building services.

  • Billing: Payments are processed at the time of purchase. Pricing is displayed on our website and is subject to change with notice.
  • No Subscriptions: Unless explicitly stated, our plans are one-time purchases for citation building campaigns.
  • Add-ons: Optional monitoring and revision services may be offered as separate purchases.

5. Refund Policy

Limited Refund Right. You may request to cancel your order within three (3) calendar days of your purchase date ("Refund Period") and receive a refund of fees paid, subject to the exclusions set forth below.

You are not entitled to a refund if citation submissions have already been initiated on your behalf during the Refund Period, or if you seek to invoke this limited refund right more than once.

If you do not exercise the Limited Refund during the Refund Period, you acknowledge and agree it is forfeited. The Limited Refund is your sole and exclusive remedy for any and all Service deficiencies during the Refund Period.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Your Rights: You retain ownership of all business information, media assets, and data you provide to us for citation building purposes.
  • Our Rights: Our Service, including its design, code, web interface, AI models, and branding, is the property of YSH Digital Marketing and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Service without permission.
  • Directory Content: Citations submitted to third-party directories are subject to the terms and conditions of those respective directories.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information to directories;
  • Create citations for businesses you do not own or have authorization to represent;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit our systems or AI automation;
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse our API endpoints;
  • Share your account credentials with others;
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

8. AI-Powered Automation Disclaimer

Our Service uses AI-powered agents (Stagehand) to automate directory submissions. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-automated submissions may not always succeed on every directory due to changing website structures or requirements;
  • Submissions that cannot be completed by AI are escalated to our human fulfillment team;
  • We do not guarantee acceptance of listings by any specific third-party directory;
  • Directory processing times vary and are outside our direct control.

9. Data Handling and Security

Your business data is processed and stored as described in our Privacy Policy. In summary:

  • User and business data is stored in Supabase databases;
  • The application is hosted on Vercel;
  • We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No Warranties: YSH Digital Marketing does not give any warranty, guarantee or other term as to the quality, fitness for purpose or otherwise of the software. It is not warranted that BuildCitations.ai will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limitation of Liability: YSH Digital Marketing shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims which arise out of or in connection with the provision of any goods or services by YSH Digital Marketing.

Notwithstanding contrary clauses in this Agreement, in the event that YSH Digital Marketing is deemed liable to you for breach of this Agreement, you agree that YSH Digital Marketing's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for your services. You hereby release YSH Digital Marketing from any and all obligations, liabilities and claims in excess of this limitation.

11. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation;
  • Immediate processing of all citation submissions;
  • Availability of all features at all times.

We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or updates. YSH Digital Marketing shall not be liable for any delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

12. Termination and Changes to Terms

  • Termination: You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your account and all associated data within a reasonable time frame. Active citation campaigns that have already been submitted will remain on third-party directories.
  • Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. General Terms and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and YSH Digital Marketing as a result of your use of these services.
